2009-10 Publication:
PANDA is a bi-annual news magazine published by the department of Forest, Environment & Wildlife Management in collaboration with the ENVIS Centre. PANDA was initially published in 1993 and after which it went in hibernation. However, with the much effort from the departmental ENVIS Centre, PANDA has resurfaced with its launch on 5th June 2009 by the Hon'ble Forest Minister, Shri Bhim Prasad Dhungel.
